We provide a wellness space for you take a break from the stresses of life. This is not an environment for children unless approved by management prior to your session(s).
To maintain quiet and mental wellness space, cell phones MUST be turned off or completely silenced. A ringing cell phone, or talking loudly or on a cell phone at a spa is very disruptive to others. It is ok to disconnect once in a while.
What to wear:
Before your wellness services you will be shown to a changing room with lockers to store your things securely. You will be asked to change into a clean, soft robe and slippers for your services.
This is your time:
Please bring a reusable water bottle with you. We do offer a water cooler for you to fill your bottle.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your wellness service(s) so that we can complete any necessary forms and adequately answer any questions you may have.
If you arrive late we will only be able to provide service with the remainder of the original scheduled time. The full cost of your treatment will still be charged.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
At Exhale Wellness Spa we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 24 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 24-hour notification is not given, you will be unable to schedule online going forward and will be required to hold your future services with a credit card.
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Because we strive for excellence and safety, we cannot accept returns on any opened products.
Gift Cards are non-refundable but are transferable.
Wellness Club Enrollments are cancel-able with proof of change of address more than 25 miles away.
